In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, key stakeholders and regional and global HR teams to drive initiatives that support our people, culture and business performance across Asia Pacific. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how we attract, engage and retain top talent, while providing trusted guidance on complex people matters.

About the Role
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business priorities and deliver aligned HR strategies
- Drive the execution of key regional and global HR initiatives, including performance and compensation reviews
- Support the development and rollout of the annual people strategy
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Provide expert advice on performance, conduct and employment matters
- Lead or support complex case management, investigations and disciplinary processes
- Champion engagement initiatives and action planning following global employee surveys
Talent, Recruitment & Development
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategy
- Oversee end-to-end hiring, onboarding and offboarding programs
- Support learning and development initiatives and succession planning efforts
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local employment law and internal policies
- Analyse people data to inform decision-making and drive performance
- Maintain accurate records in SAP SuccessFactors and contribute to process improvement initiatives
About You
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or similar, or equivalent experience
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience working in HR, with experience leading teams being advantageous
- Experience in a professional services firm would be desirable
- A strong focus on client service and experience partnering with, and influencing, senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in cross-cultural environments; international experience would be desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in matrix reporting organisations
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice HR processes
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work successfully with remote colleagues
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work both strategically and operationally
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient in HR analytics
- Strong commercial acumen
- Advanced IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software
- A team focused mentality and ability to work effectively as part of an immediate and wider team, as well as independently
- Experience developing and implementing HR initiatives, with proven end-to-end project management skills
