MI Technician
UK - Remote, MAN, GB
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Performance and working closely with the Systems and Data Analytics Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the development and production of periodic Management Information, as required by Clients. To include:
- Specification of new client requests, in liaison with Client Services / McLarens’ Data Team
- Collaboration with Data Team to ensure delivery according to agreed internal SLAs
- Timely production of monthly/quarterly MI requirements, making use of existing reports/data feeds
- Maintenance of MI Register, tracking obligations, owners, and fulfilment.
- Proactively improve McLarens One data integrity through:-
- Identification of absent/errant data via analysis of reports
- Liaison with operational teams to ensure accurate completion of missing/incorrect data
- Regular publication of feedback to help inform best practice in respect of data capture
- Help to develop and oversee a process of Quality Assurance, ensuring ongoing improvements in fee accuracy
- Maintain company directories (AR Escalation, Skills Matrix), ensuring absolute accuracy and consistency across all, through regular liaison with Executive Manager / Practice Head cohorts
- Provide assistance with various projects as required and as appropriate.
