Purpose

RFP Analyst responsibilities include prioritizing RFI response, Audits, and ISMS & Policy management. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands-on experience with RFI/RFP responses and technical projects, we’d like to meet you. Reporting to the Manager, InfoSec Compliance, this role will be remote and will be supporting the full portfolio of strategic technology initiatives. 

Roles and Responsibilities

•    Assist the business delivering RFP’s and RFI’s responses and completing detailed ISO/NIST Security Responses.
•    Assist the management and development of McLarens ISMS portfolio and general IT documentation along with the corporate IT Policies. Collaborating with the IT team and other business.
•    Develop and Manage an ISMS, Documentation and Policy library, ensuring updates are carried out and documentation is complete.  
•    3rd Party, Vendor/Supplier Review
•    To assist in IT Audit as McLarens matures towards global ISO27001 and similar accreditation and regulatory compliance. 
•    Collaborates with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely. 
•    Communicates with client teams and sales across all geographic locations.

Experience and Qualifications

•    5 years of business and technology experience.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Familiar working in an IT environment.
•    Bachelor’s degree (Less than Bachelor’s degree may be considered for exceptionally well suited and skilled candidates.)
•    Proven experience as an RFP Analyst or similar role
•    Experience in project management
•    IT audits facilitation, MIS tracking & reporting
•    Understanding of business practices
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Analytical mindset
•    Problem-solving aptitude
•    Self-Starter
•    MS Office & Excel skills good to have
•    Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous
