Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is an essential member of any marketing team, responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist works with the Global Marketing & Communications Manager, the global marketing and creative teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns for the McLarens portfolio of companies in EMEA, the UK, and the US. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the digital team on developing creative strategies and implementing them across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and website optimization. They analyze data to track and improve campaign performance and identify new opportunities for growth. This role is a part of the Global Marketing and Communications Department at McLarens to be based at McLarens, Bulgaria.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, support and manage digital marketing campaigns for various online platforms like email, websites, social media, video streaming, and digital advertising networks.
  • Analyze website traffic and social media engagement for the McLarens portfolio of companies to optimize campaigns and increase conversions, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve marketing strategies and adjust digital campaigns accordingly.
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for digital campaigns and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing & Communications team including graphic design, content, and web development to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in line with the McLarens portfolio of brand standards.
  • Use web analytics tools to track conversion rates, user behavior, and incoming traffic data, and be able to report and optimize. Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' digital marketing efforts and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Research and identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging technology (e.g. AI) and innovative techniques to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, and innovations, adapt strategies and techniques, and recommend new initiatives to improve the digital marketing efforts.

 

Skills

  • Digital literacy: a wide knowledge of social marketing platforms, GoogleAd words, and SEO
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong ability to analyze data and extrapolate actionable marketing insights
  • Strong and effective communicator with both internal and external customers
  • Good writing capabilities to express ideas and digital marketing strategies of social media outlets
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Proficient in video/animation production and editing apps (e.g. CapCut, Filmr, InShot, etc.)
  • Research ability and curiosity
  • Ability to work independently and with a team of marketing professionals
  • Desire to stay current on latest digital marketing strategies and best practices

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Mix of educational experience; Bachelor of Digital Marketing, Business Administration or Marketing degree preferred
