HR Advisor

Purpose

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR function based at Heathrow. 

The opportunity

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partners, the HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering on all operational HR activities and initiatives across multiple business lines within the McLarens group of companies.  They will be accountable for delivering a professional, internal consultancy service to the business, providing support and advice on a range of human resources activities, both locally and internationally, covering the entire employee lifecycle.

Working collaboratively and under the direction of the Senior HR Business Partner team they will execute and deliver on operational HR processes and procedures, support projects and key HR initiatives and provide an advisory and escalation point for the HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor seeking to gain international experience and full generalist exposure in a professional services environment.

Key Accountabilities

Successful Candidates will be CIPD qualified and will have significant generalist experience gained within a multi-site organisation. They will thrive in a fast paced, high change environment with a desire to work across the generalist spectrum. Prior experience in a global/international organisation would be advantageous, together with demonstrable experience of case management. Excellent communication and numerical skills are essential together with a strong attention to detail and an organised methodical approach. The ability to work independently, to coach and support the administrative team, and to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands is critical.  This is a hands-on role, with the requirement to flex across the spectrum and hierarchy of HR activities.  Candidates must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, applying independent thought and working in an agile, entrepreneurial environment.
