Your New Role

We are looking for a Senior Loss Adjuster in Central Otago with the required knowledge, experience and attitude to manage a range of domestic and commercial insurance claims. In addition, we have growth ambitions in Central Otago, and helping us achieve this will be crucial element of the role.  The role includes:

 

    • Delivering quality customer experiences
    • Undertaking assessments based on site visits and/or documentary (including photographic/video) evidence
    • Meeting with customers and suppliers; completing investigations
    • Effective and timely written and verbal communication and reporting
    • Management of the Insurance claim settlement process
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with brokers and insurers.
    
To be excel in this role, you will be energetic, positive and keen to learn. It is essential that you have loss adjusting experience across different lines of business, and advantageous that you are qualified through ANZIIF or with a similar trade/tertiary qualification; however, it will be your attitude that will make you truly successful in this role.
