Are you a proactive relationship-driven professional with a knack for strategic thinking, and outstanding organisation and communication skills? We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our New Zealand team and play a key role in supporting our Account Management Team, Product Leaders, and Business Unit Heads.

This is a dynamic opportunity to work across teams, build meaningful partnerships, and contribute to the growth and success of a global business with a strong local footprint.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Managing Director – NZ, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting strategic client initiatives and account development.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinating cross-functional activities to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Developing client plans, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Providing insights and reporting to support business decisions.

 

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and strategic value.
