Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global compensation practices, bonus program administration, and an understanding of compensation analysis and strategy. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the effective design, implementation, and management of our compensation programs on a global scale.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Global Compensation Strategy: Assist in the design, implementation, and management of global compensation programs and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Bonus Program Administration: Oversee the administration of various incentive and bonus programs, including annual bonuses and quarterly/other short-term incentives (STIs), ensuring compliance and consistency across regions.
  • Compensation Analysis: Perform detailed market analysis, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • SuccessFactors Compensation Management: Administer and manage the compensation module in SuccessFactors, supporting the system’s functionality and ensuring smooth and efficient execution of compensation processes (e.g., merit increases, bonuses, etc.).
  • Data Reporting & Compliance: Provide comprehensive compensation data analysis and reporting to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Compensation Recommendations: Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to provide compensation recommendations that support talent acquisition, retention, and organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve compensation processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy in administration.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support the development and execution of special compensation-related projects, such as mergers & acquisitions, pay equity analysis, and compensation benchmarking.

 

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, with a focus on global compensation programs and analysis.
  • Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification is preferred
  • Experience administering bonus programs and incentive compensation plans.
  • Familiarity with compensation administration in SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global compensation practices, including regional variations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with compensation management tools, particularly SuccessFactors, as well as strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Experience with HRIS and other compensation analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex compensation concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
