Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our global Product & Engineering team in a contract-to-hire role reporting to the Global Head of Product & Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in full lifecycle UI/UX Product Design including UX briefs, research, personas, user flows, wireframing, hi-fi and low-fi prototyping, A/B testing, and iterating.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Owning full lifecycle of UX design process including UX brief, research, personas, user flows, wireframing, hi-fi and low-fi prototyping, A/B testing, and iterating
- Leading and conducting user research and user testing initiatives
- Creating visual elements for web applications, mobile apps and other formats
- Brainstorming design ideas to inform the product development process
- Conducting competitive research to ensure current and future design paths
- Evaluate existing products for usability
- Planning and implementing UX for new products
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating and operating in synch with product, engineering, and project management
- Bringing a user-centric design approach to everything you do
- Leading, shaping, and adopting consistent design standards
- Creating and maintaining design component library
- Learning and communicating the latest trends in UX and design
Required Experience & Skills:
- Used to working on a small team or a team of one
- Proficient in usability and ease of use
- Understand Human factors
- Experience designing B2B enterprise applications
- Have developed a process that can be executed with confidence
- Tools: Figma
- Communication: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with an emphasis on technical documentation and collaboration.
