We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As the Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support to staff and other key stakeholders to drive end-to-end business processes. We are looking for a self-starter with a studious attitude and an eye for detail.
Key Accountabilities
Key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with preparation of complex reports, formatting and typing of reports;
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls;
- Dealing with email enquiries and instructions from internal and external clients;
- Providing administration support to the technical services team and management;
- Cataloguing of photographs and digital archiving;
- Entering data and completing application processes;
- Coordinating general office management e.g. ordering stationary, kitchen supplies, document shredding;
- Arranging events, organising travel and accommodation for staff; and
- Assisting with monthly invoicing and billing
Experience and Qualifications
Key Skills:
The below are essential requirements for this role:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, particularly data processing, formatting and proofing reading reports ;
- Discerning eye for detail;
- Excellent communication and customer service ability;
- Well presented for a business professional environment;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; and
- Capacity for empathy when liaising with clients dealing with sensitive matters,
